He works closely with government bodies, statutory corporations, and SMEs, focusing on strengthening governance, identifying control gaps, and improving audit quality. He also spearheads the firm’s Forensic Audit and Virtual CFO verticals.

Sujaya Gokhale brings over 15 years of experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST, accounting systems, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
She co-leads the firm’s Virtual CFO practice, working with SMEs and MSMEs to build reliable MIS, strengthen accounting processes, and ensure regulatory alignment. Her approach focuses on governance and financial clarity.
She has also delivered professional lectures on IFRS for banking professionals and Chartered Accountants.
